Healthy Thoughts...



You can't change those around you, however you can change yourself.  If your not happy or satisfied with relationships in your life, including family, friends and loved ones...consider the following:


-  Determine the terms of your relationships, are they meaningful and are they reciprocal


-  Express yourself clearly to avoid miscommunication or misunderstandings


-  Do Not have expectations of others

-  Do something because you want to do it, because you enjoy it or it brings you a sense of pleasure


-  Don't expect others to treat you with the same respect, sincerity and honesty


-  Avoid setting yourself up for disappointment


-  JUST BE YOUR AUTHENTIC SELF!  Those who are sincere and genuine will appreciate YOU...
